Public Hearing dates for the PUC project Draft Environmental Impact report (DEIR) will be posted here when they become known. The public will have just 45 days to review the documents and submit comments on the adequacy of the project DEIR. As of July 2010, the County Planner assigned to PUC's application reported the DEIR was once again on hold and about 80% complete; when work is resumed, it will require another 6-8 weeks of work prior to release to the public. Check back here for updates on the DEIR timeline.
