- Aerial photo in color of the airport and surrounding areas and another aerial photo in black and white but at better resolution. Compare these with the map distributed by PUC, showing areas outlined that will be sold to Triad. Notice how all the area to be sold is farm or forest land. Another photo of airport area
- The infamous Angwin Urban Bubble. Napa county in fact claims that the text of the resolution adopting the bubble takes precedence over the drawing of the bubble. The text states that the bubble is "the lands of PUC". Those at the meeting where the resolution was adopted say that refers to just the current developed areas of PUC, but the county claims it's everything.
- Zoning designations around the airport. Can "Agricultural/Watershed" (AW) zoned land really be suitable for development?
